About The Position

As a Pool Receptionist at Mandalay Bay, you’ll welcome guests, manage daily operations, and help create a smooth, high-quality poolside experience while delivering friendly, efficient service that sets a positive tone from arrival.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of age or older
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred
  • Customer service experience handling customer needs and providing support preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner; answer multi-line phone systems, respond to email correspondence, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Assist guests with information regarding cabanas, daybeds, reserved seating, and other amenities while providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage reservation check-in and check-out processes and maintain accurate guest records using UrVenue, ResortPass, InfoGenesis, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, communicate guest concerns and operational needs to management, and confidently upsell amenities to enhance the guest experience
