About The Position

Blu Infinity Pool offers guests a stylish and relaxing atmosphere where they can enjoy poolside service, beautiful lakefront scenery, and unforgettable resort experiences. We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Pool Operations Attendant to support the daily operation of the pool, beach club, and surrounding facilities. This position is primarily seasonal, with opportunities for continued year-round employment through reduced off-season hours and/or placement within other resort departments, based on business needs and employee performance. As a Pool Operations Attendant, you will serve as a key member of the operations team, helping maintain the appearance, functionality, and readiness of Blu Infinity Pool. This position combines transportation, logistics, facility support, guest assistance, and special projects to ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and being the person who helps keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass required driving qualification reviews, pre-employment drug screening, and any applicable DOT requirements
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist multiple departments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment during varying weather conditions
  • Ability to work a seasonal role, subject to weather and guest volume
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Professional appearance and excellent guest service skills

  • Previous hospitality, facilities, logistics, transportation, or maintenance experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Transport clean and soiled towels between resort facilities
  • Perform supply runs between the resort, pool, event center, storage facility, and other operational locations
  • Assist with beverage, food, and inventory transportation
  • Support inventory deliveries and vendor receiving
  • Complete emergency supply runs as needed
  • Assist with movement of event materials, furniture, equipment, and operational supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, operational spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Assist with cabana, daybed, and guest area readiness throughout the day
  • Inspect and maintain outdoor furniture and guest-use equipment
  • Perform routine upkeep of beach and pool furnishings
  • Support annual end-of-season furniture teardown, storage, and setup operations
  • Provide support to multiple departments during periods of high business demand, including dishwashing and operational assistance when needed
  • Complete deep cleaning assignments, inventory projects, and seasonal opening and closing tasks
  • Provide friendly and professional guest assistance throughout the property
  • Complete additional operational and special projects as assigned
