About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a seasonal Pool Monitor to join their Walled Lake Villa team in Walled Lake, MI. This position starts in June and goes through Labor Day weekend. The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing and safe pool area. This role is for an outgoing people person looking for a summer job and who wants to join a team that values the unique characteristics that each individual brings to the table.

Requirements

• Self-Motivation
• Excellent communication skills
• A team player willing and able to lend a hand in other areas as needed
• Basic pool monitor and pool maintenance knowledge
• Lifeguard experience
• Availability Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge or understanding of Arabic language

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety of persons using the swimming pool
• Maintaining a clean pool area
• Observing all COVID protocols as required by the Health Department
• Following proper procedures for opening and closing the pool
