About The Position
Pool monitors work on the pool deck and help enforce the rules of the facility. They are not lifeguards and do not hold any certifications. This position is performed in outdoor weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to chemicals and fumes. Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours; is subject to lifting over 50 pounds.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the pool deck and residents.
- Provide customer service to residents.
- Straighten all pool furniture.
- Help with trash.
- Enforce rules.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Ensure all forms and supplies are stocked.
- Sign residents/guests in when needed.
