About The Position
The Pool Monitor will maintain a consistent on-site presence at the pool area, monitoring for safety, rule compliance, and general order. This role involves performing random foot patrols of the pool and adjacent facilities, enforcing community pool rules and organizational policies, and addressing concerns professionally. The Pool Monitor will also escalate issues as appropriate and provide resident escort services to parking areas when needed. This role does not involve lifeguard duties, water rescue, or swim monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence at the pool area
- Monitor pool and surrounding areas for safety, rule compliance, and general order
- Perform random foot patrols of the pool and adjacent facilities
- Enforce community pool rules and organizational policies (Pool Rules & Etiquette)
- Address concerns professionally and escalate issues as appropriate
- Provide resident escort services to parking areas when needed
