About The Position

The City of Oneonta has a zero-tolerance drug policy. Therefore, employees must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of aquatics facility operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
• Ensure the safety of patrons by enforcing all aquatics rules and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of pool usage, chemical levels, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate and lead regular staff meetings
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
