About The Position
We are looking for a dependable Pool Maintenance Technician to manage an established weekly pool route. Pool maintenance experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This is a maintenance position—not a repair position. Your focus is keeping pools clean, balanced, and looking their best. Our service department handles major equipment repairs and diagnostics. Enjoy local routes serving Cherokee and North Cobb County customers—without spending your day driving into Atlanta traffic.
Requirements
- Have pool maintenance experience, or are eager to learn and take pride in your work
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Can lift up to 100 lbs.
- Show up on time and are dependable
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Can manage your own day without constant supervision
- Keep your truck clean, organized, and well stocked
- Treat customers with professionalism and respect
- Take pride in doing quality work every day

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential swimming pools
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for each day
- Use our mobile app to document each visit
- Identify equipment issues and notify our service department when repairs are needed
- Provide friendly, dependable service to the same customers each week
