About The Position

We are looking for a dependable Pool Maintenance Technician to manage an established weekly pool route. This is a maintenance position focused on keeping pools clean, balanced, and looking their best, with the service department handling major equipment repairs and diagnostics. The role involves managing a local route with minimal long-distance driving, offering mostly independent work with very little office time.

Requirements

• Pool maintenance experience, or are eager to learn and take pride in your work
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Can lift up to 100 lbs.
• Show up on time and are dependable
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Can manage your own day without constant supervision
• Keep your truck clean, organized, and well stocked
• Treat customers with professionalism and respect
• Take pride in doing quality work every day

Nice To Haves

• Pool maintenance experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for each day
• Use our mobile app to document each visit
• Identify equipment issues and notify our service department when repairs are needed
• Provide friendly, dependable service to the same customers each week
