About The Position

America’s Swimming Pool Company (ASP) of Central Houston is seeking a reliable, dedicated, team player, and problem-solver to join their team of swimming pool professionals. The ideal candidate loves to work outdoors, provides excellent customer service, and is capable of working both independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team. This role requires integrity and a commitment to providing "5-Star Resort-Quality Service" to every customer. The position averages 30-40 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. There is also potential for bonus and incentive pay.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Agree to a background check and drug screen.
Earned at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable, dedicated, team player, and problem solver.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Handle matters with integrity.

Nice To Haves

Certified Pool Operator License is valued.

Responsibilities

Manage a swimming pool route including cleaning residential and commercial swimming pools weekly.
Maintain regular stock of tools and chemicals on the company-issued truck.
Properly adjust water chemistry for each pool.
Utilize a smartphone for the pool management mobile platform.
Identify and communicate issues and solutions to customers, office/support team members, and/or leadership.
Enjoy working outdoors in varying conditions throughout the year.
