About The Position

Pool Scouts is seeking a full-time, year-round high-quality pool maintenance specialist with a natural work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude, and experience in the field. In addition to the regular duties of a pool technician, the pool maintenance specialist would also be required to make minor repairs to the pool as necessary. Our technicians are responsible for providing top-notch services and positive customer experiences for each of our valued clients. Requirements

At least six months experience in making minor pool repairs.
Possess a willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician or Operator license if you do not currently have one.
Willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
Must be available to work 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.
Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions.
Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
