About The Position
Pool Scouts is seeking a seasonal pool maintenance specialist with a strong work ethic, a positive and flexible attitude, and relevant experience. This role involves not only regular pool technician duties but also making minor pool repairs. Technicians are responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in making minor pool repairs.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician or Operator license if not currently held.
- Willingness to submit to a nationwide background check.
- Availability to work 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with potential weekend work.
- Valid driver's license without restrictions.
- Ability to walk for long periods in extreme outdoor temperatures.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
