About The Position
Pool Scouts is seeking a seasonal pool maintenance specialist with a strong work ethic, a positive and flexible attitude, and relevant experience. This role involves not only the regular duties of a pool technician but also making minor pool repairs as needed. Technicians are responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience for all clients. Pool Scouts is committed to providing a safe and reliable work environment.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in making minor pool repairs is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician or Operator license if not currently held.
- Willingness to submit to a nationwide background check.
- Availability to work 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with potential weekend work.
- Valid driver's license without restrictions.
- Ability to walk for long periods in extreme outdoor temperatures.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
