About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance/Facility Technician to support the general upkeep and maintenance of our Irvine location. Pool Maintenance experience is required. This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, notices details, and takes pride in maintaining a professional, well-functioning environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool and facility maintenance and general repairs.
• Support upkeep of pool areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Complete light plumbing, electrical, painting, and equipment maintenance tasks as needed.
• Identify maintenance needs proactively and communicate concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance throughout the facility.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures while completing all tasks.
