About The Position

The Original Las Brisas Restaurant is a long-standing, family-owned restaurant known for authentic Mexican food and warm, personal service. We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Morning Server to join our team. This role is a great fit for an experienced server who enjoys working with people, providing attentive service, and being part of a close-knit restaurant team.

Requirements

• Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Food Handler Card required as applicable; candidates without one may obtain it after hire.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish/English bilingual ability preferred.
• Familiarity with Mexican cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and maintain tables and service areas.
• Take dine-in, takeout, phone, and online orders accurately.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Process payments accurately.
• Package takeout and online orders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary service areas.
• Assist with mobile orders, pop-up events, and private events as needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
