About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Liner Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality pool liners, ensuring a seamless fit and finish that meets industry standards and customer expectations. Requirements

Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on pool or similar liner installations preferred
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to pool construction projects
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fixture installation techniques
Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating, inspection, and project coordination
Skills in plumbing, electrical systems, concrete finishing, masonry, or remodeling are advantageous
Ability to interpret technical documents such as schematics and construction plans accurately
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and pool installations

Responsibilities

Measure and prepare pool areas for liner installation, ensuring precise fit and alignment according to blueprints and schematics
Remove old liners carefully, inspecting the pool structure for any damage or repairs needed before installation
Install new pool liners using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper sealing, caulking, and trimming for a watertight fit
Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely completion of installation phases
Perform surface preparation including concrete forming, plastering, or masonry work as needed for pool base readiness
Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify adherence to safety standards and client specifications
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times
