About The Position
The Pool Host ensures proper use of pool facilities while serving as the primary guest contact. Checks passes, collects fees, and handles cash-ups as needed. Tracks facility usage, maintains cleanliness standards, and supports lifeguards. Responds positively to guest questions and upholds company philosophies, safety procedures, and departmental policies.
