Pool Cleaner/ Pool Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Poolwerx is seeking a Pool Cleaner/Pool Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and build a resume while enjoying the satisfaction of ensuring families have sparkling clean pools. The position offers flexible working hours and is more than just a job, providing a chance to create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners. The technician will be responsible for delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools, marketing Poolwerx supplies, organizing stock, resolving challenges, and building strong client relationships while working independently.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license.
- Be 21 or older for motor vehicle insurance purposes.
- Provide Department of Motor Vehicle record if selected for an interview.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities
- Work an established route, providing great customer service to every customer, every time.
- Brush/Sweep the entire pool and/or spa interior surface and vacuum if needed.
- Check chemical balances, adding all appropriate chemicals as needed.
- Clean all debris from the skimmer and pump baskets; backwash or clean the filter if needed.
- Ensure pool/spa is in top condition for client use.
- Secures the proper functioning of all pool systems and the cleanliness of the pool area.
- Communicates to customers any concerns or needed repairs found.
