About The Position

Clear Creek Tahoe is currently seeking candidates for Pool Café Bartender positions at our family swim and racquets complex. Our Summit Camp family campus offers our Membership & guests a perfect getaway for the whole family with a swimming pool, splash pad, and a water slide built with reclaimed lumber from our ranch! A Pool Café Bartender is responsible for preparing classic and signature cocktails, wine, and beer at a service bar in an efficient manner without sacrificing quality, cleanliness, and consistency of product. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude and desire to work within an uplifting team environment. This is a seasonal dining outlet operating from May through September, though there is potential for year-round employment in other positions and/or departments that will be evaluated at the conclusion of the summer season. A full job description and responsibilities will be disclosed during the interview process. Base hourly wages start at $20 an hour plus service charges and potential for extra gratuities. Requirements

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment with variable weather conditions.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. and perform strenuous work: lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and climbing.
High school diploma or general education degree.
A minimum of one year of related work experience with exposure to food prep, food handling, cooking, food service, and/or bartending.
Must be 21 years of age or older to be able to prepare/serve alcoholic beverages.
