Requirements
- Minimum one year of food service or related work.
- Ability to communicate professional and accurately.
- Requires proficiency in the English language.
- Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
- This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Strong food knowledge is preferred.
- Strong F&B knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests.
- Assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
- Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description.
- Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and according to standards.
- Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service.
