About The Position
Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements, Umbrellas and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
- Able to read and speak English.
- Must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones.
- Provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.
- Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
