Beach & Pool Attendant

Requirements
- A friendly and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Current Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification required but can be provided
- Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
- Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to organize work tasks efficiently
- Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
- Must work with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- No experience needed—we’ll train the right person!
- Previous Recreational or Hospitality industry experience helpful
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain beach and pool areas for guests and owners
- Provide towels, lounge chairs, and assist with guest and owner requests.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Monitor the pool and beach areas and report any safety concerns.
- Work outside in a beautiful tropical setting every day!
