Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shift.
  • Must have strong time management skills and the ability to maintain an acceptable pace and quality of work.
  • Strong guest service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and spa area.
  • Responsible for removing soiled towels and transporting to the laundry area.
  • Responsible for replenishing clean towels and maintaining the towel valet at all times.
  • Washing, drying, and folding pool towels according to the laundry procedures.
  • Responsible for changing out trash and cleaning of trash receptacles.
  • Re-align pool furniture at the beginning, during, and end of shift.
  • Clean and stock pool restrooms as outlined in the standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to safe handling of all chemicals.
  • Report any safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, or the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Attends all regular departmental meetings as well as other company related meetings.
  • Report damage or repair issues in the pool area to the appropriate housekeeping leader.
