Pool Attendant
About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Pool Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming poolside environment while delivering exceptional guest service. As the first point of contact, you play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and elevated experience. The employee is expected to adhere to Sycamore's Policies and Procedures, act as a role model within and outside Sycamore, maintain a positive and respectful attitude with coworkers and customers, and consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
Requirements
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work holidays, weekends and evenings
- Ability to lift and move pool furniture or equipment as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Obtain RBS certification, CA mandatory certification for serving alcohol
Responsibilities
- Greets customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide towel service and assist with seating and lounge setup
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure a high level of hospitality
- Serve and deliver Food and Beverage orders
- Process sales transactions
- Monitor pool area and enforce rules in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist daily opening and closing procedures
- Assist with hot tub and pool temperature checks
- Regularly tidy furniture and remove debris to ensure a pristine environment
- Identify and report any safety hazards
