About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our F&B team- an attendant who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence! This role involves following steps of service to deliver warm, engaging, and consistent hospitality that aligns with Four Seasons standards of excellence. The attendant will anticipate guest needs with a keen sense of awareness and presence, ensuring satisfaction through timely and thoughtful responses to questions or concerns. Responsibilities include setting up and concluding daily pool operations by arranging chairs, tables, umbrellas, and towels with impeccable attention to detail, keeping the pool and surrounding area pristine and clear of debris, greeting and seating guests at their preferred location, and offering towels and amenities as needed. The attendant will also clear guest areas after departure, including removing used towels, glassware, dishes, and other items to maintain cleanliness and order.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of service industry experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and move around the pool area for the entire shift
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work through the season- from DOH through October (approximately)
  • US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
