About The Position

RealManage is seeking a Seasonal Part-time Pool Attendant for their Lazy River facilities in Odessa, TX. The role involves monitoring access through wristband verification and remote entry, troubleshooting gate entry systems, and assisting residents. The attendant will also help with opening and closing duties, reservations, setup, and tear down. Maintaining the cleanliness of the Lazy River area and providing excellent customer service are key responsibilities. This position requires a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with reliable attendance.

Computer skills and/or ability to use POS system.
Ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
Reliable and predictable attendance is required.
Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance.

Responsibilities

Monitor Access to the Lazy River facilities through wristband verification and remote entry at the gate.
Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate.
Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or Wildflower General Manager.
Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed.
Assist with Opening and Closing duties.
Assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down as needed.
Keep Lazy River and surrounding areas free from debris and trash.
Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner.
Conduct an inspection walk at least every hour at a minimum.
Perform other reasonable assignments given by the on-site management team.
