About The Position
This is a seasonal position where the Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the pool area is presentable, monitoring resident and guest access, and enforcing all rules and regulations of the amenities. The role involves daily interaction with residents and guests, providing excellent customer service to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness of the pool area, restrooms, and clubhouse, preparing incident reports, and reporting any vandalism, damage, or maintenance issues to the Amenity Manager.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a presentable overall appearance of the pool area.
- Check Resident access cards.
- Monitor the guest and visitor policies.
- Have full knowledge/awareness of all rules and regulations of the amenities, including operational hours, age restrictions, and food/drink restrictions.
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the facility.
- Interact with residents and guests on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide the best possible customer service to residents and guests to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Prepare any incident or accident reports and forward them appropriately.
- Straighten chairs on the pool deck.
- Report all vandalism or damaged property to the Amenity Manager immediately.
- Contact the Amenity Manager with any maintenance issues.
- Ensure restrooms and the pool deck are clean at all times.
- Clean and sanitize the Clubhouse and amenities, as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Amenity Manager.
