About The Position

This role involves welcoming and assisting residents at the pool area, maintaining cleanliness and order, and ensuring compliance with association rules. The position is primarily outdoors and requires a positive attitude and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a related position.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
• Must convey a positive and “can-do” attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations.
• Must be able to work well in a collaborative environment with various team members in other departments.
• Must be able communicate effectively with other team members and guests.

Nice To Haves

• Experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and Greeting residents.
• Assisting residents with umbrellas.
• Maintain sign-in sheet.
• Set up umbrellas.
• Check and empty trash cans.
• Pick up debris and maintain cleanliness.
• Wipe down pool furniture.
• Ensure residents are complying with Association Rules and Regulations.
• Report any malfunction immediately to Supervisor.
• Maintain and organize the pool furniture and tables.
• Complete daily check list.
• Set up movies in theater.
• Assist with events.
