About The Position

The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for residents at the pool area. This role involves a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the pool environment, as well as assisting residents and supporting events. The position is primarily outdoors and requires a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a related position.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
• Must convey a positive and “can-do” attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations.
• Must be able to work well in a collaborative environment with various team members in other departments.
• Must be able communicate effectively with other team members and guests.

Nice To Haves

• Experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents.
• Assist residents with umbrellas.
• Maintain a sign-in sheet.
• Set up umbrellas.
• Check and empty trash cans.
• Pick up debris and maintain cleanliness of the pool area.
• Wipe down pool furniture.
• Ensure residents comply with Association Rules and Regulations.
• Report any malfunctions immediately to the Supervisor.
• Maintain and organize pool furniture and tables.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Set up movies in the theater.
• Assist with events.
