About The Position
Esplanade Golf & Country Club, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in hospitality.
- CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire)
- Strong communication skills with members
- Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.
- Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school education is a plus
- Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality
- Some weekends would be required; mostly a Monday-Friday Job
Responsibilities
- Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
- Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
- Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.
