Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or spa/wellness environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Dependability, flexibility, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their spa experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, and common areas.
• Stock towels, linens, beverages, amenities, and spa supplies as needed throughout the day.
• Assist guests with amenities to ensure comfort and ease of use.
• Monitor guest flow and communicate with reception and service providers to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle minor guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Support team members by collecting used linens, and assisting with general upkeep.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines in compliance with pool and regulatory standards.
