Requirements

- Computer skills and/or ability to use POS.
- Reliable and predictable attendance is required.
- Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor access to the Lazy River facilities through wristband verification and remote entry at the gate.
- Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate.
- Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or Wildflower General Manager.
- Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed.
- Assist with Opening and Closing duties.
- Assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down as needed.
- Keep Lazy River and surrounding areas free from debris and trash.
- Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner.
- Conduct an inspection walk at least every hour at a minimum.
- Perform other reasonable assignments given by the on-site management team.
