About The Position

The Pool Attendant will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong observational abilities to monitor pool activities and identify potential safety hazards.
• Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with residents and addressing their needs or concerns.
• The ability to perform first aid and respond to emergencies is critical, ensuring the safety of all pool users.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and water chemistry.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance, will be utilized in daily tasks to ensure the pool remains clean and safe for use.
