Seasonal Pool Attendant
About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to manage the daily operations of our community pool during the summer season. This role includes opening, monitoring, and closing duties to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents. Responsibilities
- Open and close the pool area daily
- Clean and restock bathrooms
- Check and report pool water pH levels
- Skim the pool surface to remove debris
- Set up and take down umbrellas
- Straighten and organize pool furniture
- Check pool passes and ensure all residents sign in
- Keep the pool deck clean and free of trash
- Water plants on the pool deck
- Secure tools when not in use
- Monitor resident behavior on the pool deck and in the pool; address any conduct violations
- Note service requests and supply needs
- Immediately report emergency maintenance issues to the service manager or next available staff member
- In the case of an emergency (e.g., bodily fluids, blood, vomit, in the pool or poor visibility), clear the pool and contact staff immediately
