About The Position

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their facilities and programs. The right candidate understands that a successful pool or ice rink operation is not simply about opening the doors each day. It requires preparation, preventative maintenance, strong staffing, attention to detail, consistent safety standards, and exceptional member service. We want a manager who is proactive rather than reactive, who enjoys developing young employees, who communicates well with members and parents, and who takes pride in maintaining facilities at an exceptional level. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands hospitality. Our members should feel welcomed, recognized, and confident that their family's recreational experience is being managed professionally and safely.
