About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pool and Public Area Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our pool and public spaces, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and the reputation of our establishment.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality roles preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and proper cleaning techniques.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain pool areas, including decks, lounge chairs, and surrounding facilities, ensuring they are free of debris and hazards.
Sanitize and disinfect public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other common spaces regularly.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in public and pool areas.
Restock supplies such as towels, cleaning products, and amenities as needed.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist guests with inquiries related to public areas and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
