The Public Area Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Repeatedly dusting, disinfecting, and cleaning all public bathrooms.
  • Keep toilet paper and paper towels stocked in all public areas and or pool areas.
  • Monitor and restock supplies needed in the stock closet.
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain all floors.
  • Clean and maintain all glass and mirror surfaces.
  • Clean ashtrays and empty trash in public areas.
  • Clean and maintain all offices located in the lobby and sales and marketing areas.
  • Report any engineering problems immediately to the supervisor and or centralized department locations.
  • Place trash in designated areas for pickup or receptacles.
  • Vacuum carpeted areas and rugs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
