About The Position
As a Pond Boat Operator, you will safely operate a boat to support pond maintenance activities. You will help ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate records and following established operating procedures. This is a part-time, weekend position.
Requirements
- Experience operating a boat preferred.
- First Aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA and other applicable safety requirements. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to accurately complete job-related records.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, dust, noise, and other environmental conditions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Operate a boat safely while performing pond maintenance activities.
- Follow all boating, safety, and operating procedures.
- Complete and submit job-related reports and records.
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Perform duties outdoors in a variety of weather and environmental conditions.
