About The Position

Bethany Medical, a Multi-Specialty physician practice, is seeking a full-time Sleep Lab Technician to join their team in High Point, North Carolina. This is an overnight position with hours from 7 pm to 7 am. The role involves technical, procedural, and problem-solving aspects of sleep disorder testing, requiring the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively with great attention to detail.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited educational program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography.
• Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one year duration associated with a state-licensed and/or nationally accredited educational facility or equivalent experience.
• Documented proficiency at all competencies required of a polysomnographic technologist or certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis, and associated interventions related to sleep disorders.
• Gathers and analyzes patient information.

• Performs polysomnographic procedures.
• Performs polysomnographic recording scoring.
