About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Polysomnography Technologist for a hospital sleep lab in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a 13-week travel contract with one opening, starting November 23, 2026. The role works nights from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, for 36 hours per week. Estimated travel pay is $1,928 per week; the local pay rate is $50 per hour for local candidates. VitalHire provides weekly direct deposit and a dedicated recruiter from submission through the final shift. The company also helps with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- RPSGT credential from BRPT and any Iowa license required for the role.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of recent polysomnography or sleep lab experience; 2 or more years preferred.
