About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Polyglot Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. This full-time, remote position involves developing and maintaining backend systems, contributing to AI and Generative AI projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The role requires writing clean, efficient code, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues across various technology stacks.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple backend programming languages.
• Experience with Generative AI or AI technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience with at least two backend programming languages from the following: Polyglot (React, FullStack exp, Python, FastAPI and MongoDB and AWS and AI (RAG, LLMs)
• Generative AI/AI Experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Microservices architecture
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
