About The Position

Reproductive Freedom for All (Formerly NARAL Pro-Choice America) has been fighting to protect and expand reproductive freedom for over 55 years. With millions of members nationwide, the organization champions the belief that every person should have the freedom to make their own decisions about family planning. Reproductive Freedom for All centers diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in its work, organizing and mobilizing people to defend reproductive freedom, holding "bad actors" accountable, electing pro-choice champions, and advancing legislation. They are the oldest and largest national membership organization primarily focused on advocating for abortion access.

Requirements

  • Passionate about advancing reproductive freedom.
  • Demonstrated commitment to contributing to a workplace environment in which diversity is valued and supported.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Ability to summarize information in a concise manner.
  • Prior knowledge/experience in political campaigns and/or issue advocacy, including past engagement in a volunteer capacity.
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Can manage several ongoing projects at a time and appropriately prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented work style.
  • Can be entrusted with handling confidential information.
  • Enthusiastic about electing pro-reproductive freedom candidates up and down the ballot in 2026.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference of junior or senior level undergraduate, graduate education in progress, or recent graduate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Political Department, as needed.
  • Analyze state and federal laws and policies related to reproductive freedom.
  • Research elected officials' and candidates' records on reproductive freedom.
  • Other research projects as assigned.
  • Research and coordinate resources on candidates for elected office and key electoral races in the 2026 cycle.
  • Create campaign and race updates on candidates before staff and leadership attend campaign events.
  • Research and report regularly on polling and FEC fundraising data.
  • Create and maintain internal tracking documents to inform political strategy efforts.
  • Aid drafting endorsement rollout materials and assist in updating Reproductive Freedom for All’s endorsement and PAC websites.
  • Gain insight into the day-to-day operations of Reproductive Freedom for All’s political arm, including our endorsement process, PAC (Political Action Committee).
