About The Position
Wausau Tile is hiring for the Polishing – Precast Concrete position. This role is responsible for polishing concrete and epoxy terrazzo products, including stair treads and risers, to meet high-quality finish standards. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate pneumatic polishing tools with progressive grit pads.
- Apply consistent polishing techniques to meet finishing requirements.
- Clean and inspect products post-polishing.
- Verify dimensions and surface quality using calipers, micrometers, and related tools.
- Handle and transport finished products using pallet jacks or carts.
- Stage items for additional processing, such as grouting or final inspection.
