About The Position
Wausau Tile is hiring a motivated and safety-conscious individual for a Grinding & Polishing role within our Precast Terrazzo department. This position involves finishing concrete and epoxy terrazzo stair treads and risers by grinding, polishing, inspecting, and staging products for further processing. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Operate electric grinders to rough-grind products in preparation for grouting or epoxy applications.
- Use pneumatic polishers with progressively finer pads to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
- Ensure each product meets quality standards using visual checks and measuring tools.
- Safely move and position finished products using cranes, carts, or pallets for further processing.
