The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by thoroughly polishing and cleaning all surfaces and utensils within the restaurant. Assist food servers with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service. Prepare food and beverages as needed and transport items from bars and kitchen counters to guests as needed.
