About The Position

This role involves performing basic polishing operations such as blasting, deburring, and buffing. The position offers a 15% premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts and pay is based on experience. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing industry
• Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts to very close tolerances.
• Capability to use basic inspection tools and techniques.
• Capacity to understand and follow through with verbal or written instructions.
• Good understanding of shop math.
• Proficient with interpersonal relations, organization and communication skills.
