About The Position
SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled Polisher to support mold finishing operations by polishing tooling components to required surface finishes and tolerances. This role plays a critical part in ensuring molds meet quality standards and are ready for production. The Polisher works closely with mold makers, machinists, and quality teams to achieve high-quality surface finishes and maintain production timelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience polishing molds or precision tooling preferred
Responsibilities
- Polish mold components to required surface finish specifications
- Use hand tools and polishing equipment to achieve desired finishes
- Inspect surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
- Work closely with mold makers and machinists to support mold completion
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
