Part-time Polish-speaking Moderator
About The Position
MovieStarPlanet is seeking a Polish-speaking Moderator, residing in Denmark, to join their Safety and Support Team. The role involves ensuring the games produced are professionally moderated and supported, meeting industry standards and governmental online trust and safeguarding requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer support or moderating online games for younger audiences, with an interest in online games being an advantage. Key attributes include dedication, reliability, and strong teamwork. The position requires responsibility, loyalty, energy, quality-driven focus, and self-discipline. Daily in-game moderation tasks will be performed within a diverse and professional team environment, fostering idea exchange for maintaining a safe online community. Training and events will occur at the company headquarters, but the role is primarily remote, requiring structure and excellent online communication skills. The role involves working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Living in the Copenhagen area is favorable for travel to the office. The current workload is approximately 15 hours per week, with potential for more hours post-training.
