About The Position

American Freedom Insurance Company (AFIC) is expanding and seeking a Policy Processing Representative who enjoys helping people and solving problems. AFIC is an "A+" Superior-rated company by A.M. Best, known for its industry-leading customer service in the nonstandard auto insurance market. This role is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support.

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong attendance record and dependability
Detail-oriented with clerical and data entry skills
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM

Nice To Haves

Degree Highly preferred
Insurance Industry experience preferred
Customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats
Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems
Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience
