About The Position

American Freedom Insurance Company (AFIC) is expanding in Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. As an "A+" Superior-rated company by A.M. Best, AFIC prides itself on delivering industry-leading customer service in the nonstandard auto insurance market. This role is for a Policy Processing Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support.

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Thrives on assisting customers, handling inquiries, and keeping operations running smoothly
Organized, dependable, and confident on the phone
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong attendance record and dependability
Detail-oriented with clerical and data entry skills
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM

Nice To Haves

Degree highly preferred
Insurance Industry experience preferred
Customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred

Responsibilities

Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats
Data Entry: Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems
Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience
