About The Position

As a Policy Processing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring policy transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements while supporting a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with business systems, spreadsheets, workflow tools, and email platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Desire to live Slide's Core Values

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in insurance operations, contact center operations, customer service, administrative support, data entry, or a regulated business environment preferred
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and other servicing transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Review requests and documentation to ensure completeness, compliance, and proper handling
• Apply underwriting and business rules to approve, route, or escalate policy servicing requests
• Maintain accurate policy data and records across multiple systems
• Communicate with agents, policyholders, and internal teams to resolve servicing needs and obtain required information
• Support process improvements while meeting productivity, quality, and service-level goals
